Time slots for live presentations and meeting rooms are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibit Terms

• Deadline: Final confirmation and payment must be received before Friday, September 19, 2025.

• Cancellation: Refunds (minus 10%) are available within 3 business days of agreement submission. No refunds after this window unless the conference is canceled.

• Usage of Funds: Exhibitor funds will not be used for meals, beverages, or faculty honoraria.

Exhibit & Logistics

• Exhibit space provided in high-traffic foyer outside the main ballroom

• Set-up requests (e.g., power, internet) will be coordinated directly with the Waldorf Astoria hotel

• Shipping costs and booth management are the sponsor’s responsibility

• Upon confirmation, sponsors will receive a comprehensive Exhibitor Kit

How to Exhibit
